"Easy to connect"
The app’s been simple for me so far, and my Eargos connect really quick. I like that I can change the settings without having to mess around too much or figure out a bunch of stuff... No real issues yet, it just works like it should.

"I’ve been happy with the..."
I’ve been happy with the battery so far. They easily last me through the day, and the charging case makes things simple. I just pop them in at night, and they’re ready to go by morning. Nothing fancy to deal with, which I appreciate.

Support was a bit slow, to be honest, but once they got back to me, they were helpful. So, not amazing, but not bad either

"I barely even notice them"
I actually really like how small they are. Most of the time I forget I’m even wearing them, and my friends don’t seem to notice either unless I point them out. At first I wasn’t sure if they’d be too obvious, but they’re way more subtle than I expected.

"Decent hearing aids, but I didn’t feel very heard"
The hearing aids work well overall, so I can’t really complain about that part. I just have a hard time feeling like the price is worth it, especially because when I had questions or concerns, it felt like I was kind of brushed off. They’re fine, but for what I paid, I expected a little more attention and support

"Setup was more annoying than I expected"
I figured this would be straightforward right out of the box, but I guess I assumed too much. I couldn’t really figure out the setup, and after messing with it for a bit, I just got frustrated.

"I wasn’t totally sure about them at..."
I wasn’t totally sure about them at first, but after a few days I really started noticing the difference. Sounds are a lot clearer now, especially voices. I can hear my wife better, and I’m not blasting the TV like I used to, which she definitely appreciates. Took a little getting used to but yeah, overall I’m really happy with them

"I tried eargo through the trial..."
I tried eargo through the trial, and from what I remember, getting started was simple. They just didn’t end up being the right fit for me. The part I really remember is the return process, because it took more phone calls than I expected and felt slower than it should’ve. I may be blanking on some of the smaller details, but I also remember the warranty info being kind of confusing when I asked about it. They weren’t awful to deal with, but for the price, I expected the whole thing to be a lot smoother.
